Starting from a humble street food trolley, she created a beloved local restaurant renowned for its legendary dish, "Kao Piak Sen", a special Vietnamese Noodle Soup. This dish, featuring rice noodles simmered in a flavorful pork rib soup, has been a best-seller since 1978. Over the past 46 years, it has become a cherished local delicacy in Udonthani and neighboring provinces.
